Early Childhood Iowa Lakes Region

The Early Childhood Iowa Lakes Region Board offers Preschool scholarships for tuition assistance to families with children who are 3-5 years old by September 15.  Families must apply for the scholarships and meet the state income guidelines of 200% of poverty or below.  Monies cannot be supplanted, so children who can access other services such as Head Start or State Wide Voluntary Preschool funds must apply to do so first.  Preschools also need to apply and qualify in order to offer this scholarship program.
